(1) The water supply cannot generally be relocated elsewhere except within the house compound.
(2) When relocating an article in accordance with sub-rule (1), the same fee as if a new article is installed and if the hole of the article needs to be changed, the fee will be charged as per sub-rule (2) of rule 8.
